Sarah and Andrew said their vows and had a classic church wedding at Saint Michael's Church in Stanwix, Carlisle. Shortly followed by a Wedding breakfast at the Tithe Barn and then a party in one of Carlisle's Live Music Venues, The Brickyard.
After 6 years together, in May 2016, Andrew proposed to Sarah outside Vatican on a beautiful Italian moonlit night. Both Sarah and Andrew wanted to have a classic church wedding quickly followed by everyone heading to the pub for a good time. However, they really struggled to find a pub large enough for all of their guests to enjoy and so they decided to have pizza in the Tithe barn followed by a disco playlist at one of Carlisle's Live Music Venues. If you ask me its a perfect combo for this gorgeous couple.
I originally met Sarah as she was a witness for Ciaran and George's elopement wedding, at the time, Sarah and Andrew were not looking for a photographer to capture their big day as they wanted a completely documentary wedding photographer. Or at least, someone who could be a hands-off photographer, merely just watching and capturing the day's events. Thankfully I fitted the bill and the next day I received an email from this gorgeous couple. I really do hope you enjoy the below candid wedding photography as none of what you see is staged or posed in any way shape and, or, form.
As always, have a look at the below Slideshow and images from this epic day. If you would like me to photograph your big day, please feel free to contact me!
