Stephen & Kris Bassenthwaite Lake Wedding

Stephen & Kris wanted a beautiful Bassenthwaite Lake Wedding, and that's just what they had. If you're wondering where you recognise these gorgeous gents from it's from our previous two couple portrait session. We bailed on the first one after, snow hail and rain started to come down. Thankfully on our second shoot, the weather was great! A trend that stayed for the wedding day as well.

The day was held at The Castle Inn Hotel just on the edge of Bassenthwaite Lake under the watchful eye of the majestic Skiddaw fell. They both adore the lakes and come up for walks regularly which is why their wedding day had to happen here in the amazing Lake District. It was a fantastic day with emotions at a high with all the groomsmaids, family and friends close by to witness the union of these two dashing grooms.

I just love these guys as right after their beautiful first dance we entered into a rave with a packed dance floor! They really are a pair of two halves and work so well together.
