Wedding Celebration at The Sound, Isle Of Man

You may recognise Vicky & Curt from a previous blog. Only a month ago I photographed this gorgeous duo along with 4 friends at their "Intimate Wedding At Augill Castle". Which if you have not checked out you really should! After their wedding, they planned to go on honeymoon and to have a wedding celebration at The Sound, right on the bottom of the stunning Isle Of Man.

Only a few days into their honeymoon, I got a message from them which first told me how over the moon they were with my photos! However, it also told me, sadly, about how the photographer they booked for their wedding celebration back on the Isle of Man had cancelled on them and they didn't know what to do! I looked over at my yearly calendar and saw that my one weekend off from May- December was the date of their wedding celebration so, that was that I told them id get my bags packed and headed on over!

It's at this point, I quickly contacted Debbie & Alex who I photographed a few years ago for their wedding in the lakes. They are also from the Isle of man, and told me that "If you're ever over let us know, we have a spare room". So naturally, I asked if it was still cool for me to crash! A huge thank you goes to them.

The wedding celebration itself was held at The Sound, which not only has incredible views but also an awesome feel for a party! The cake was amazing and so was the ice sculpture shot drinks Empire State Building!
