The Heather Glen Country House can be found high above the stunning Middle Eden Valley. Where the Lake District Meets The Pennines. A Heather Glen Wedding is honestly gorgeous. Not only is it naturally a chilled out venue with many rooms for guest to go in and out of but it is beautifully decorated and sits in some rather stunning grounds. Not to mention, if you wanted to go out for some photos the local landscape does not disappoint.
It is for these exact reasons that Jo & Cain chose to have a Heather Glen Wedding, from their wedding ceremony till the evening reception all at one venue. They love the chilled out vibe and just wanted close friends and family to enjoy each others company in a comfortable, natural and relaxed way.
These two are utterly in love with each other and it was a pleasure to spend so much time with them both on their wedding day. From bridal prep in the morning through the entire day and into the reception with Highly Strung kicking off the dancing action. We also enjoyed time out taking some portraits both in Heather Glens grounds and a little further afield up to the hill with some stunning views.
I cannot wait to see the adventure that life takes these two beauts on, I just know it is going to be amazing and full of fun road trips all over the UK and world!
