Three Hills Barn Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Three Hills Barn, man I love this place! It was great being back so soon after my last visit and yet set up totally differently. Sarah & Matthew enjoyed their entire day at the venue from saying their vows to partying the night away with the incredible wedding band 'Helix & The Hounds' who travelled all the way from Wales! I asked Sarah a load of questions and her replies were so good I've just left them below!

"I lived in Blackpool for the majority of my life and whilst at University I worked at The Blackpool Tower. In 2015 there was an event on, 'Blackpool Rocks', which I was working on. Matt was visiting with his friends as he is from Workington, we briefly saw each other at the event and then matched on Tinder a day or so later - very 21st century."

"I went travelling for a month shortly after we started talking but we stayed in touch and met up when I arrived back in the UK. We started a long-distance relationship after a few dates, we heard a LOT of horror stories about these styles of relationships but I must admit, although it was tough at certain times being apart and not able to just pop round for a takeaway after a bad day at work or whatever, we seemed to be really lucky and never really have any major issues."

"Fast-forward 6 years, I swapped ice creams and donkeys for trees and cows, and we now own a beautiful home in sunny Workington and have a gorgeous house bunny called Goblin. As much as we both love Blackpool it made sense for me to move up here".

"We're really excited to have all our friends and family together and have a day full of love, laughter and celebration - especially after the year we've all had! The second we stepped into the venue we fell in love - it's relaxed and rustic, everything we wanted."

"The most important thing for us is everyone is together, dancing, eating and just having the best time ever. It's not just a celebration of mine and Matts love, we want it to be the best party ever and a celebration of everyone's love, strength and resilience for this past year."
