Traveling from a small village south of Manchester Molly & Col ventured up to Cumbria for their elopement with some very close family to witness. A long weekend break for all at the gorgeous Hidden River Cabins set the scene for this down to earth family. The ceremony itself was at the beautiful Lady Gillford`s House, Carlisle followed by a small gathering with brownies, champagne, beer and the odd brew odd tea (I'm working so no booze for me).
Molly & Col met while both studying at Southampton University where Molly studied Fine Art, and Col studied Animation. From here they both travelled through America and lived in Australia before settling in their current home. They have two beautiful children Elsie & Jake along side their gorgeous softy of a staffie Daisy.
They both wanted a chilled out lovely relaxing day with their nearest and dearest with all the little moments captured. Needless to say, it was right up my street and a day I wholeheartedly loved being a part of, even if it was literally freezing for most of the day! I'm going to stop talking now, but please do have a look below at a few highlights from the days events.
If you would like me to photograph your big day, please feel free to contact me! If you’re thinking of Eloping why not read more about my thoughts on my blog “Elopement isn’t a dirty word” after you’ve seen this beautiful day in full.
